Tim Pacillas grew up in Northern California, just outside of L.A. During High School, Tim’s very first job, working alongside of his father in a catering business, introduced him to the hospitality industry. Intrigued by the concept of taking care of people through food, Tim worked in fast-casual and fine dining restaurants in the L.A. area both back and front of house in his teens and early twenties. When starting a family and eventually raising 3 kids, Tim held the position of Food Service Manager for at-risk youth camps on the West Coast. In 2019, Tim and his wife Kelly were ready for a change and moved to New Orleans to join the Commander’s Palace team. Later that same year, Tim accepted a position on Peche’s management team, eventually getting promoted to Assistant Manager, and becoming the General Manager in December 2024. Tim Pacillas lives with his wife Kelly and their rescue dog Mister Bean in the Marigny.
